Return & Refund Policy
For Digital Books & Audio Files


1. Overview

We sell digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, audiobooks, and other downloadable audio files (“Digital Products”). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will handle refund requests under specific circumstances outlined below.


2. No Standard Returns

Since Digital Products are delivered electronically and can be duplicated, we do not accept “change of mind” returns once a download link is accessed or the product is delivered.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be granted in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or access the purchased Digital Product due to a technical fault on our website, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a different Digital Product than what you ordered.
  • Defective Files: If the files are corrupted, incomplete, or unusable (and the problem is not caused by your device or software).
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice in the same transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase after the Digital Product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Incompatibility with your device, software, or reading/listening applications.
  • Failure to read the product description, format details, or system requirements before purchasing.
  • Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of the Digital Product.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  3. If the issue is technical, you may be asked to provide proof (e.g., screenshot/error message).

We will respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended and future purchases blocked. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues.


7. Updates to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

This policy is designed to comply with general e-commerce guidelines while respecting the nature of digital products. For jurisdiction-specific regulations (such as EU consumer laws), additional rights may apply.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
